Elie Saab’s Ready-to-wear show took place yesterday in Paris at the Tuileries venue. The Lebanese designer is an eveningwear expert, renowned for his red carpet gowns and sparkling sequins. However that wasn’t quite what we saw yesterday. Instead, the designer surprised us all with more day-to-night pieces, designed for young and playful women who are always on the go. A great innovative approach to what is usually viewed at his shows.

The collection mirrored the designer’s romantic and feminine signature touch, but Saab inserted more separates making it less glamorous and more streetstyle. With his bold stripes, floral prints, ribbon bows, fluid chiffon embellishements, lace materials (in abundance) and flat, Saab sure didn’t disappoint. Mixing and matching fabrics, ensembles, and juxtaposing items, the designer delivered what we call a spectacular runway show.
Also interesting to note that top supermodels Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid strutted down Mr.Saab's runway to deliver the fresh looks. And we loved that!
What do you think of this new vibe?
