One of my favourite places to go to in London is Carnaby street. There is something extremely cool about it; the vibe perhaps. It does have the usual branded retailers but more uniquely, it has a large number of independent boutiques, restaurants and cafes. It has a very hipster/creative/fun appeal to it. Maybe this is because it’s close to lots of Soho creative offices and the fact that it’s right by Liberty? Who knows- but the fact is, I always like to loiter with a camera at the ready as there are generally many cool spots for twisting opportunities.
Take these graffiti walls for example. Being a sugar addict and a “girly girl”, they couldn’t have been more perfect for me! Don’t you agree?
Today, I’m wearing a Markus Lupfer Mickey mouse sweater that I paired with a Theory vest, Stella McCartney platforms and a fringed Chanel bag. I have to admit though: I kind of froze to death wandering around like this. Why on earth would I leave my house without a proper warm coat when it’s 6 degrees outside? I honestly have no idea!
I have a month left in London so please do share with me any cool spots you think are worth visiting. Looking forward to hearing from you. Xx
